• San Diego Harbor Helping Hands

AM3 Technologies will be sponsoring the San Diego Harbor Helping Hands Christmas basket giveaway to the homeless in San Diego.  Many of the homeless near the San Diego Harbor are Vets who need our support. Last year we collected nearly 50% more in donations then our first year.  Our goal this year is to increase donations by another 50%.  This is AM3′s third year sponsoring the Christmas basket giveaway, and though the economic environment is tough for everyone, we hope that those who can give will and those who can’t will donate their time.

Thank you and have a wonderful holiday season.

  • The AM3 Technologie’s Blog is Up — Finally!

A quick introduction: My name is Al Muller, founder of AM3 Technologies. I have been working with VMware virtualization since 2002 and in 2003 I lead a project which was responsible for the first production roll-out of VMware ESX server in the United States.  Since then, I have led virtualization projects at Wal-Mart, the McGraw-Hill Companies, the State of Michigan and Sempra Energy, to name a few.  In 2005, I co-authored the first book on virtualization and published a second book on virtualization in 2006.

After building the virtualization practice for AT&T Consulting for 5 years, I started AM3 Technologies to provide cloud computing and virtualization benefits to small, medium and large businesses.

This blog will present pretty much anything that is interesting about cloud computing, virtualization, including  IT industry forecasts, straight-up technical insights and how-tos, end-user community  impact and many suggestions you make.

I hope you enjoy the blog and please provide any feedback, positive or otherwise.
